A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Balance is due on arrival. We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfer for corporate bookings.
Once we receive your deposit, canceling at any time forfeits 50% of your deposit. Prefer to reschedule instead? You may apply your full deposit toward another track day within 12 months. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
Track experiences run rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. If we cancel due to weather, you are fully rescheduled or refunded at no cost.
Our cars are fully insured for on-track use. Drivers sign a standard liability waiver on arrival. Drivers are responsible for at-fault damage beyond covered-wear (deposit may apply for competition-prep tier).
